This is the Colin John Rechargeable Balloon Blower. Ideal if you are wandering using modelling balloons and you have a lot to blow up.  Looks far more professional than a hand pump.

Please note this pump does make a noise whilst blowing the balloons.  I have been using the machine for children's parties, walk about, shopping arcades and dinners for several years and have got quite a lot of fun from this and it has not made any difference to the use of it. And the sound does lessen with use.
